Please accept my sincere apologies for any issues you've encountered. We welcome guests from all over the world during the course of each season, and most tie up with our flights from the UK as we are a UK-based tour operator selling flight-inclusive package holidays. So, while we don't routinely offer discounts to guests who make their own travel arrangements (we can't always sell on unwanted flight seats that have been matched with overseas accommodation) and who might also have already received an attractive holiday price offer, we do sometimes reduce the price depending on market demand and market conditions. One thing that should not be an issue, however, is payments using Australian (or many other) overseas credit cards so our web team are going to be looking into this and your comment about phone numbers.
