Please accept my sincere apologies for what happened. My colleague in the sale department initially overlooked the email you had sent. This was then picked up by another member of the team and dealt with when the chaser email from you was received. We don't know who you spoke to and why you didn't receive a call back - again, this much regretted as the team normally have a great reputation for excellent customer service.
