I only notice bad service usually, so they must have done ok because all is well!

First email curt and unhelpful. Explained problem with sizing and still wouldn't/couldn't understand that if a product is marked at a size it is not unreasonalble for anither marked at that size...

Curt and unhelpful customer service. Two pairs of trousers labelled the same size had waist measurements differing by approximately 2 inches. I had to pay delivery and return costs, leaving me out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Very disappointing and makes ordering the correct size in future difficult.
