Long tall sally is not the same.No longer a fit for me.
Cost to refund is too much. Punitive for thr customer?

Stuff arrived promptly and no problems sending the non wool jumper back.
Don't get on too well with the website, much preferred the old catalogues or shopping in store.

Thank you very much for your lovely, versatile range of clothes for plus-size women. I really enjoy wearing LTS clothes and do so very often.
Deliveries and returns have always gone very smoothly so...

Good, fast service. Clothing quality is OK. Wish LTS offered tops/dresses with slightly longer lengths to fit tall torsos.
