Good service for many years already
So far, the service has always been really good. Since the flaws in my dress only showed up after I removed the tags and wore it for the first time, I'm curious to see if my return will be accepted....

Good quality, inaccurate fit, return policy might be a scam
I appreciate hearing back when I emailed asking about the returns process. Less thrilled with being out $250 for clothes I returned a month ago.
