I live in Australia I ordered a clock for my dad who has Alzheimer's for a Xmas present it arrived in Scotland in time, no complications, I will definitely be shopping with yourselves in the future....

Order and delivery was fine but I had difficulty returning a product. This would have been ok if they had seemed interested in why this was.
