We never received the item

I order a clock on June 1, 2020. The ordered was cancelled by the company on June 3, 2020.

I haven’t received the order or any communication as to why or when I can expect it, checking my account just stated unfulfilled, but not out of stock if tried to purchase again.

Never received my item. Couldn’t track its progress.

My watch arrived promptly and was at an affordable price (discounted). However, the strap was too short, meaning that before wearing, I’ll have to get a longer strap fitted.
