From the ordering process to delivery it was a very smooth, easy process. There are also regular savings on offer compared to purchase within a store so a win win!

I want to reassure you that we respond to every email we receive, although during particularly busy periods it may take us a little longer than usual. When an email successfully reaches us, our system automatically sends an acknowledgement containing a 6‑digit ticket ID.
I've looked into our system and I'm unable to find a communication from this email address. To help us look into this for you, could you please get back in touch at hello@lilyskitchen.co.uk? When emailing, we recommend attaching no more than two images at a time, as large files can sometimes prevent messages from being delivered.
