Hi Fiona, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, particularly given the movement in the price of heating oil during this period. We did attempt to contact you regarding your oil club order, but we recognise that a single missed call without a voicemail or further follow up was not sufficient. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Going forward, during the week an oil club is live, we will look to follow up on missed calls where we have been unable to make contact. This should give customers a further opportunity to confirm their order and help prevent situations like this from happening again. Thank you again for your feedback, Fiona. Customer feedback is important to us and helps us identify where we can improve our service. Kind regards Gary
