Johnston Oils レビュー

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion regarding the price charged for your heating oil. Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that the price charged was 113.68p per litre excluding VAT, which equates to 119.36p per litre including VAT (£1.19). This is in line with the price you were originally quoted. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding when reading the pricing information on the invoice, but we would be more than happy to clarify this with you directly. We can confirm that you have not been charged 136.00p per litre for your fuel. We appreciate your custom and hope this explanation provides some reassurance that you have been charged the correct amount. Kind regards, Gary
