Good morning, thank you for taking the time out to leave us this review. Please accept our apologies re. the product in question. You are correct, we have changed our manufacturer but I can reassure you this isn't a 'cost cutting measure', we take pride in our products and we wouldn't sell anything we didn't believe was fit for purpose. We take this kind of feedback very seriously and your comments have been forwarded to our Quality Department where a full investigation is taking place in line with our supplier. If we believe these to not be fit for purpose I can guarantee you that we will look at alternatives. We really appreciate your comments, without this we wouldn't be aware of such situations.

Good morning David. Apologies that the lid's you received were not suitable for the product. I have investigated this and unfortunately we picked the wrong ones. This does happen occasionally, but please be assured we're constantly looking at ways to ensure the customer receives the correct products. We are currently looking at a new barcoding Warehouse Management System that will put a stop to these rare occurrences. I'm pleased to know that the situation was resolved quickly and that our returns system is in your words "very efficient". Have a nice day.

Good morning Max, thank you for taking the time out to inform us of your thoughts. As we have various depots within the UK and Ireland at times our Customers orders are split, this would have been the fastest option available to us to fulfil your order. I'm unsure as to why you were not able to track this order, this shouldn't be the case. However I am aware that we had a few issues with our carrier service over this period of time where when an order was split they only applied the tracking number to one of the consignments. I believe this issue to be resolved now. With regards a refund, we will always offer a refund if the goods are not suitable for your requirements. On investigating this I'm aware that a refund was issued, this being after the goods were received back with us. I'm sure you'll agree, a refund can only be offered upon the return of the originally purchased products. If you require any further assistance please contact us and we can discuss the matter more.
