Following our telephone conversation I would like to confirm to you and give you then confidence that any orders placed for items in stock will be delivered on your selected delivery date. Items that are visibly in stock on our website will be distributed throughout the UK from one of our fulfilment centres no matter the delivery location.

Thank you for your recent feedback. Following our open conversation I would like to touch base to confirm our service offerings. We continue to have multiple ways for you to contact our customer service executives. you can get in touch via calling the head office or via our live chat feature on the website.With regards to our lead times, we currently purchase a large amount of our packaging from Europe which can cause longer lead times with transport. We are currently in the process of duel supplying a large range of our packaging to ensure stocks and shorter lead times across our depots in the UK.

As we have multiple depots in the UK we always look at how we can get your order to you as quickly as possible, which at times means we have to split the delivery.I'm glad to hear that everything was sorted in the end.
