Delivery was ok. But the closure that the website said was compatible with the container isn't. Would of been nice if the pump they suggested actually worked with the container. Had to order another...

Please accept my apologies for the damaged item you had received which we have now passed onto the warehouse to investigate this. Following our conversation in regards to offering a replacement or refund , I am glad we were able to resolve this for you and we have processed a refund as requested. Received a full refund after OIPPS reached out to me, which was good. Impressed with the customer service but still a bit disappointed because of the time spent etc.

Bought the 31litre drum to store bird food which was anti slug.

Bought the 31 litre drum so that slugs wouldn't be able to get access to. This just fitted the bill completely.
