Good morning and thank you for taking the time out to leave us this review. I was slightly taken back by your comments as we're not aware of any issues regarding our website and we are also seeing many users being able to continually place orders successfully through our online platform. I have discussed your thoughts with my team and I understand this issue to be that of your password being incorrectly typed into our system, this after it being reset for you? I also believe that my colleague reset her own password and followed the same process you had been through and this was successful. I'm sorry that this process hasn't been as seamless as it could be, however when it comes down to user passwords we're unable to do anything more than reset it for you, this down to GDPR. We're always here to assist, should you need us moving forward.
