I would also like to thank you for your time on our phone call and i am happy we were able to resolve this for you in the end. After investigation the tracking details stated there were several unsuccessful delivery attempts and we scheduled a redelivery for you with successful delivery of the order. We always strive to quickly rectify mistakes as quickly as possible to cause as little interruption to our customers as we can and we do hope this does not deter you from making any future purchases.

Good Morning Steve and thank you for your feedback. We do understand your concerns in regards to over packaging and how this can be frustrating for the customer however we find that too little packaging doesn’t offer enough protection and products are often damaged in transit. We understand that over sized packaging uses more materials and produce more waste however we use the extra space inside the boxes to add more protective padding to prevent items from being damaged during the shipping process. We do appreciate your feedback and we will take on board your concerns as we are committed to improving our environmental performance and reducing the impact that we have on the world around us and continue to look for ways to make every part of our business as sustainable and environmentally responsible as possible.
