It was very important for me to personally understand what had happened here, this from your 'side of the fence' and after looking into things internally and after speaking to yourself, we 100% hold our hands up here. We have failed you with regards our communication, and I fully understand that by not getting back to you we have delayed your trial of the drums and forced you to go elsewhere to purchase these. Please accept our apologies on this, as this is not the norm for us and we accept we could have done a lot better in this scenario. It was great to hear that overall you're happy with the experience we have and continue to offer you, and i'm hoping that after our discussion today we have offered you more reassurance that Invopak is still the supplier that suits your requirements and has your best interests at heart. I will investigate with our external carrier as to why this was delayed.
