Good morning and thank you for your honest review. I have investigated this with the team and yes, we did have an issue with regards dispatching items on the day you mention - apologies. I know the team refunded your next day charge, and this is correct and what they would do in this situation, this as we did deliver; just not 'next day' as requested. On further investigation I believe the dimension request was sent to our Wholesale division, this has added to the confusion; however my expectation is that you should have received a reply regardless. For future reference, we do have specifications linked to these products which should give you the information you require next time. We offer our Customers various delivery options and the majority of our goods tend to arrive well in advance of our standard service level offerings. With regards the description, I'm unsure as to what has happened here, we offer an image of the product, a specification sheet and a more detailed description of the goods, this all via our website.
