Thanks for your valuable feedback. We were sorry to learn that you are unhappy with Parcelforce because they will not leave parcels unattended or without a signature. We discussed this with them as an option, however, their trading terms don't permit this. We do have the option to request that they leave with a neighbour but they will always require a signature. If Parcelforce are unable to obtain a signature they will make a maximum of two further delivery attempts, following which you can collect from the Post Office. 

Whilst this service is suitable for most customers, we appreciate that in some instances there are customers that require more flexibility than our next day, 3-5 day or Saturday delivery service with Parcelforce. With this in mind, we are undertaking a review of our carrier delivery options and anticipate that we will shortly be able to offer more flexible options such as timed deliveries - pre 9am, 10:30 am and noon as well as click and collect. We are also looking to introduce a shipping carrier who will leave parcels in a 'safe place' without a signature. Due to the high value of your order, we would not allow your parcel to be delivered without a signature because of the significant risk this presents.

We don't have a delivery request section on our checkout page - but we do have a LiveChat facility where you can discuss specific delivery requirements with a human. Wherever we can, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Additionally, thank you for your kind words regarding our sales staff. I will ensure that this is passed on and that they continue to offer you an excellent service when you contact us again.

I can see you only recently started trading with us, arranging your first order of the 5.6L buckets to be collected from our Glasgow depot. It was our very own Sharon who arranged your order on our system and our resident stock specialist, Davey, who picked your products with confidence..

We always aim to welcome you with a smile at any of our depots, look after you whilst you visit and ensure you go away feeling like you are part of our family.  

"World Class" is what we live and breathe here at Invopak and no matter whether it's one bucket you need or ten thousand, we will always be there for you whenever you need us to be. (I might start crying in a minute if I write anything else emotional)

Great to see you leaving a detailed review of us here at Invopak, even naming our very own 'Super Stuart' in your gratitude.

Super Stuart clearly has those Superman abilities as our Warehouse is one of the largest here on site, putting his best fist forward he flew all over in just a few minutes and had it boxed faster than I've ever seen him move. Probably used that X-Ray vision to see what was in each box!

Unfortunately his Kryptonite (Health & Safety Regulations) stopped him from continuing his mystical adventure and in reality he promptly climbed off the forklift truck he was balancing on and removed his underpants from the outside of his Armani suit trousers .....

You'll be glad to know we have our very own team of Superheroes here at Invopak (complete with skin tight costumes much to the CEO's displeasure). There's SuperStu, SpiderDan, Iron Man (deals with all our metal and steel orders), Captain America (handles all our non UK customers), Mr Fantastic (picks up about twelve pallets with one stretch of his arm) and we even have our very own Baymax from Disney's Big Hero 6 (complete with wings although he may just have drank a bit too much Red Bull before the gym).

At Invopak we push for a World Class Customer Experience and what better way to deliver that with a planet saving, monster defeating, team of legendary individuals called the Invengers (I'm here all week with puns like that).
