Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with us so far and also thank you for your time on the phone late last week.

As you know I have been investigating everything for you. I have arranged replacements to reach you this Wednesday and also arranged a credit to be placed onto your account for the damaged stock. This will appear on your next statement.

Also, thank you for the pictures of the damaged goods, this has been cascaded to our Warehouse Manager and also our Quality & Customer Assurance Manager. We will ensure this is discussed with our carrier service who delivered your goods on the day, we understand that sometimes things may go wrong but we make certain that we learn by these experiences and put procedures in place so these do not happen again. We always aim to be 1% better every day and aim for a world class experience with us, each and every time.
