Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time out to give us your feedback. Please accept my apologies that I haven't come back to you sooner, I wanted to investigate the matter to understand how we let you down on this occasion.

Here at Invopak we pride ourselves on being a learning organisation as we understand that nobody is perfect. We know that mistakes happen and we try to learn from these by putting things in place to ensure it doesn't happen again.

As much as it's not an excuse I believe the order placed by yourselves was that of a verbal one? Moving forward (and if it suits) you could utilise our designated sales@invopak.co.uk address as any order placed in writing is a lot easier to investigate internally.

We do confirm all our orders back to our Customers' straight away to ensure the information has been taken down correctly in the first instance. By doing this we're able to rectify any mistake before goods are picked and dispatched.

I can see we were able to bounce back on this occasion, issuing the associated credit and then sending you the correct goods when we were made aware of this situation, I do hope this has given you some confidence back in us a supplier?
