Good morning and thank you for your recent review.

We do understand in some cases our delivery times may not suit all, we do tend to get all our deliveries out within 2-3 days, albeit this is dependent on demand as you can imagine. We service thousands of Customers using not only our own fleet of vehicles but third party carriers as and when required.

In the future please do not hesitate to request an earlier delivery as we will do as much as possible to meet your needs. We can offer both a next day and at times a same day delivery option but unfortunately there would be transport costs associated with such a request, we would also have to ensure that we have the capacity to pick these goods within this time frame. 

If required, collection of goods is also an option for you? Please speak to one of our Customer Service Executive's who will be happy to discuss these options with you in more detail.

I can see that you last purchased off us in 2012, we're glad you've decided to use Invopak again.

We service a multitude of industries but you may be the first Fire Service Invopak has supplied. We would be really interested to know what you use our Steel Drums for?

If you get the time let me know as we love to hear where and what our end users do with our products.

Good afternoon Tony, thank you so much for your review it's much appreciated.

Your 5* review and comment of "Great Customer Service" is music to our ears as over the last 18 months we have been working hard on making sure every Customer has a World Class Experience. 

In-fact only last Friday we were recognised by the Greater Manchester Business awards for our Customer Service which just shows that we're doing the right thing.
