delayed orders due to incorrect delivery quantities. Although they do rectify the issue once addressed.

Good morning Wayne, thank you for your recent review.

I can see from the orders notes on our system that we're to check with yourselves as to if an order is able to be split or not. At times with us having multiple depots we do have to send orders from various locations to fulfill your requirements and I can only think that a delay is related to this type of scenario.

I'd be interested to know if we have discussed this with you beforehand? If not, we will need to improve this way of working as we should only delay products if discussed with you prior and that you've then confirmed you're happy with this.

I'm happy to see that we do try and rectify the issue once addressed, but we need to get to a point where this isn't required in the first place.

Any comments or suggestions would be welcomed in order for us to improve.

Great and helpful sales team but an expensive mistake on my part. I thought I needed 50mm but it turns out they dont fit. Cap price fantastic 48p but carriage £6.00 killed it. I should have got...

Will definitely use again

Although I only ordered a small amount (Art project for my class in school) I was so pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality of the jars. I will definitely use OiPP's again.
