Seamless, delivery is very fast, have used oipps for a few years, have had problems before caused by carriers but was sorted out very quickly. Would recommend.

Poor service

Goods not supplied on time and no advance notification of problem. Once chased was advised Invopak supplier had a problem but even the new delivery date wasn't achieved. Invopak rep is trying to...

Good afternoon Mike.

Please accept my apologies with regards the lack of communication re. your delivery, I have discussed this with the relevant teams involved as well as our supplier - this was unacceptable.

We have looked at why these issues occurred and yes, an issue with our supplier may have caused this but you are our Customer and we have let you down on this occasion.

On the back of the conversation that took place I believe we have learnt from this and subsequently put in place the correct fixes to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I am monitoring your future orders closely.

Late delivery

On the Thursday morning I paid for next day (before 12noon) delivery and didn't receive the barrel until the Monday afternoon. Left me in quite the predicament as it was required on the Friday

Good afternoon Peter, many thanks for taking the time out to give us your open and honest thoughts.

Please accept my apologies on the damages re. the pails you purchase from us and please be confident I am currently working with our manufacturer to try and rectify this moving forward as it's unacceptable.

Unfortunately due to the palletisation currently being automated on this product it's not a quick win, so we're looking at the best way to get the highest quality product to you without incurring damage or any additional cost.

As it stands we're looking at an option of applying a transparent varnish to the white enamel which will rectify this moving forward we believe.

As these goods are transported by various means it's also hard to pin-point the actual cause of damage so we are monitoring this very closely.
