Good Afternoon, Thank you for your response, as discussed further in our email conversation, this was not delivered asthe delivery address was outside of the UK and this is currently not a service that we offer. We have taken your feedback on board and one of our new ventures in the foreseeable future is to begin shipping to multiple Countries outside of the UK - we are currently carrying out all of the background work to enable us to do so. Good morning, many thanks for your open and honest thoughts. Firstly it's great to hear your comments about Linzi, I know she takes great pride in servicing our Customers. The reason this issue occurred was due to lack of internal communication between us and our supplier. The minimum order quantity purchase on this item had increased to which we have now amended, this along with our min/max stock holding. These kind of things very rarely happen now since we introduced our monthly Supplier reviews.
