Please accept our apologies for the delivery issues that you experienced, I have escalated this with our Account Manager for the delivery service that we use and I am currently awaiting feedback so that we can look to resolve any issues going forward and prevent this happening again; we will be holding a debrief to discuss what could be done differently in the future to improve your experience. Good Morning, thank you for your 4 star review of us here at Invopak. It's great to hear your comments regarding the efficiency of how your order was handled. I can see that the products in question are sent to an external printer before they arrive with you. This lead time does take us away from our guaranteed 3 working day delivery and is something we're working hard on improving as a business with our external print providers. Forward ordering is always advantageous as we can plan better, however I know this is something that we've discussed before but isn't something that works for you.
