Good morning Rob. I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. Please be confident that I have investigated this with the OiPPS team to understand what happened with regards your recent purchase. I can only apologise for this experience. At OiPPS we pride our-self on providing a World Class Customer Experience and I can see this was not the case for you. in this instance With regards the amount of time you have waited for your goods to be delivered by our 3rd Party carrier; I can see that delivery was attempted on the 24th of March to the address given, unfortunately we were informed nobody was at this residence to accept the delivery? On occasions like this the parcel is then taken back to the hub for re-delivery. We subsequently made contact with the courier and they reassured us the package was to be attempted again - I believe these goods have now been delivered to you in full? I know we have been in contact with you to rectify this situation, keeping you informed as much as we were able to. We have seen an incredible demand for our products with the recent Covid19 outbreak and as much as we can dispatch our goods as promised I am aware the carrier service we currently use have and are still at times struggling to meet the expectations we set ourselves here at OiPPS. Again, I can only apologise for your experience and I hope you can understand (based on other reviews) that we take great pride in getting our products to our Customers, we've adapting to the increased demand and are in constant contact with our carrier to provide the service we believe you should receive when you purchase from us.
