Good afternoon Eleonora and thank you for taking the time out to highlight this recent issue. Please accept my apologies that the goods were delayed to you on this occasion. We have really been up against it during the recent situation, seeing a huge demand for our products and as much as we have met this demand we have at times been let down by our carrier services. This is not an excuse this is a way in which we have and will continue to learn. In-fact, we have recently taken on board a secondary carrier service to make sure that our customers get the goods they request on the day they request and pay for. I do hope you will choose to use OiPPS again in the future.
