Good afternoon Peter. Please accept my personal apologies with regards the error of you receiving the incorrect lids on this occasion. We have seen a huge demand for our products in the current situation and our teams are doing a great job in meeting this demand, however we have let you down on this occasion with a slip in our usual attention to detail. I know my colleague has now discussed with you and subsequently rectified this, I hope to your full satisfaction? Our Depot Manager is aware of this incident and we will make sure it's brought to the teams attention to reiterate the need for double checking prior to dispatch. I do hope you choose to use OiPPS again in the future.
