Good afternoon James. I'm glad to hear this finally got resolved, this issue happened due to a glitch in our system, one that only came to light after your situation. We have had this fixed now and since then we have not had a re-occurring issue so we're confident it will not happen again. Good morning and thank you for your recent review. I know one of my team has been in contact with you to discuss the recent issue. Please accept our apologies on this matter, our products have been in huge demand during the recent pandemic and we hold our hands up and say as much as we've coped extremely well we do know there is room for improvement. I want to give you the confidence that we have reviewed how we service our customers, both short and long-term in order to continue providing the service our customers have become accustom too. As a short-term fix we have added extra resource within OiPPS, calling in the experience of other members of the business. As a longer-term fix we have begun recruitment to make sure we can keep on top of the demand moving forward whilst still providing the service you deserve. I do hope you choose OiPPS again in the future.
