Good morning and thank you for your recent feedback. Our website is based on live stock holding and is updated constantly throughout the day, however there is a slight delay for this to upload as you can imagine. Also at times we can have discrepancies, just down to human error unfortunately which we address as soon as we're aware and update our systems. We can only apologise for this, it's not intentional and we do our upmost to ensure our website stock is as accurate as it can be.

Good morning and thank you for taking the time out to give us this feedback. I do understand your frustrations and we take your comments on board. During this recent pandemic we have had to review how we service our customers, based on how we pack our goods and the cost associated with dispatching these. In the past we have been comfortable in splitting pallets down meaning your quantities could be less, now due to ensuring our products are kept in their original packaging and not double handled by a member of our team this is not the case. We believed this to be the best option available to us as we service various businesses in a variety of industries, some of which are on the front line in our fight against Covid-19. We do have a retail division www.oipps.co.uk, there is no minimum quantity or order value associated so please feel free to see if this division is more suited to your needs.
