Hi Paul, firstly let me apologise for my delayed response. I have checked your account and can see that unfortunately the order in question ended up being cancelled. December was an extremely tough time for the entire sector and I can only apologise that we let you down. I can see that you gave us another chance this month and despite a failed first attempt, we were able to get the oil to you ahead of the date stated on the order. Hi, Firstly I must apologise for our delayed response to you review. I also apologise that the order came out too quickly for you and understand that it was inconvenient, we did attempt to stop the delivery, but were unsuccessful. If you do choose to order with Direct Oil again, if you drop us an email after placing the order and we can now change the date to be delivered "on or after" a certain date, rather than just having the option of "by" a certain date. It is not currently possible to select that option online, but we will happily make an amendment for you should you let us know via our email at: enquiries@directoil.co.uk
