Credit where it’s due: my order was placed on 21 May 2026 and packed the very next day, which was impressively fast. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there.

I would like to begin by sincerely apologising for the error on the shipping label, the resulting delay in the delivery of your parcel, and all the inconvenience caused. I appreciate how frustrating and disappointing this experience must have been for you.
All our international parcels are dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Unfortunately, we do not have control over which local courier is used once the parcel reaches the destination country.
I understand that the service you received did not meet your expectations. As an apology, I have refunded the shipping charge.
I am truly sorry for the error, the delay in receiving your parcel, and the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
