Difficult to contact via the phone; always answerphone Rarely spoke to the same person, which is frustrating

Bit expensive but good result.

Generally good, but over estimated sale price to start with, which delayed the sale by approx 3 months. Also, more expensive than other agencies in the region. Staff helpful and friendly.
