Fab product let down by poor communication

Service up to installation ok failed to be contacted on installaton. Client confidentiality breached plus lack of operating instructions . Product very good though.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you only gave us 2 stars out of 5. Hopefully your tenant is very happy with the heaters as they warm the property over winter. Installation took place on 24/11/2016 and one of our heating engineers visited on 09/12/2016 and left you very happy.
