We're sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with the heater we installed in your property, however after checking our notes you have  never contacted us after your installation to let us know that you had some concerns.

When we called you a year ago to follow up after the installation we weren't informed of any problems and we have had no contact from you since.

Good afternoon Mrs England and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!

We're sorry to hear that your journey with us has not run as smoothly as our customers can usually expect, however from reviewing our notes it is apparent that you were using one of your heaters in a different room to which it was intended.

As you will remember from your survey, our heaters are sized specifically for the room they are intended for and using them in a different room will void the guarantee. You moved one of your heaters into a different room, causing the heater to work harder to compensate for a different level of heat loss.  This caused damage to the thermal cut off, which is designed to protect against overheating. As per the terms and conditions of your contract, Fischer is entitled to charge for a service call for issues that fall outside of the scope of the guarantee. 

You chose not to accept our help when offered and instead engaged the services of an independent electrician.

With regards to price, you were under no obligation to make a purchase during the survey you requested and were happy to go ahead on the day. There are various heating products on the market though they cannot be compared to Fischer heaters for various reasons. We feel our heaters speak for themselves.
