The service provided by sales and fitters I could not find fault with. But as for advertising that its cheaper to run than night storage heaters is totally wrong. I spent at least a £100 more every...

An electrical pre-survey is usually carried out when the Heating Engineer thinks it will be necessary before the heating is installed. We will look into why this was not done - please accept our apologies for the disruption to your (otherwise smooth) customer journey.
