The materials were left across the driveway on the gravel, no pallet or boards to protect them, both scratched underneath and on the tops. Very unhelpful when I phoned up to discuss, won't be using...

Many thanks for your feedback. When our goods are delivered it is the customers responsibility to off load the goods where they require them to go. If the customer is not there and want the driver to do this then they will and leave the goods in the place the customer informed him to. Apologies you felt that the place they were left was not where you require them to be however the driver will only leave them where the customer instructs him to. I will pass your feedback on to the relevant departments.
