I understand you recently spoke with a member of our Customer Services team, who provided a proof of delivery confirming that all weights were delivered during the initial delivery. You were also advised to get back in touch should you notice any further issues after checking. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery, we also offered to refund your full delivery fee. However, we’ve not yet received a response regarding this offer.
