Dear Lisa, we have emailed you with a response to your feedback with some helpful articles on how to drill through the slate, along with further information you may need. We are also posting you a free 3mm diamond core drill. As a beginner to drilling holes in slate, you may find the small diamond core drills easier to use. Remember use them on your drills slowest speed setting with cold water and little pressure.

Thanks for your excellent review, it's great to hear the LED cordless folding lamp is working out well for you. You're right. it's super handy isn't it - pop it in your bag and use it away from the work bench.
Was not delivered directly to address. Was left in distribution office.If I had no internet and tracking number the delivery would be failed!!! I had to go there and spent my time.

Dear Dzmitry, thanks for your feedback on the the issues you had with the delivery. 1st Class Royal Mail is tracked here in the UK and then posted to you by the Portuguese postal service which we have no control over. You may wish to choose the courier option at the checkout for your next order which will reach in 1-2 days and is tracked and controlled all the way from here to Portugal. We hope this won't deter you from shopping with us again.
