Hi, thank for your feedback. Use the drill bits at a maximum of 5,000 rpm with plenty of cold water and little to no pressure. It may also be down to the material you're drilling - if it's particularly thick, dense, high up on the moh's scale or is for instance stone that has flint or quartz running through it then swap over to using the Small Diamond Drill Bits instead. Thanks for your feedback Ellen. They work well on glass, drill with an up and down motion to allow the water to flow up and around inside the core then debris will fall out as you drill.

This sounds as though too much pressure is being used as the diamond sintered burrs are extremely tough. Let the drill do the work.

Yes, it will depend on the type of glass, the components the glass is made from, how thick the glass is, and also down to how the user is drilling the piece (speed recommend: 5,000RPM, pressure: let the drill do the work and water etc) Hopefully you may find with another piece of glass you may find 25-50 holes is more likely.

If the glass is particularly tough you may be better to use the Small Diamond Drill Bits which are solid throughout and more robust.
