Hi Asik, I’m sorry you’re not satisfied with the level of customer service you received. The reason we were unable to refund or remake the blinds is that they are a bespoke product and therefore made to the specifications you supplied. This means unless they are damaged or faulty, we are unable to accept the blinds as a returned item. Unfortunately, this is the case across the made to measure blind industry. We always recommend measuring multiple times and double-checking the measurements before an order is placed, and we try to provide as much information as we can about ‘recess’ and ‘exact’ fit measurements.
