As discussed via email, your blinds were misdelivered as a result of a courier issue which we are working to resolve. Our lead times for pleated blinds are slightly longer than other types of blinds but this is due to demand and the time it takes to build a made to measure pleated blind. Hi there, thank you for your review. Our free fabric and slat samples are aimed to provide a taste of the fabric type and colour, as well as allow you to see how well it blocks light or lowers light levels passing through it. We're aware that we are somewhat restricted in sample size due to the fact we send our samples to customers for free in the post, but should anyone have a special request, we're always happy to cater for them if they were to get in touch.
