I’m very sorry to read this but the additional charge hasn’t been issued by us! We only take payment for the order value but, because we are a UK based company, some card issuers will view a purchase from us as ‘foreign’ and apply an additional charge accordingly, even though the order was placed in your local currency! Not all card issuers will apply this charge and those that do won’t apply it all of the time but it may well be worth raising your concerns with the issuer of your card and using a different one to order from us in future.
