Well made jacket

It's certainly unfortunate to see that your husband's new shirts are a touch short in terms of sleeve length, and we're sorry that you had some trouble understanding how best to measure the sleeve lengths on a formal shirt. Should you have any concerns such as this, or need advice prior to ordering, our Customer Service Team are happy to provide assistance and share their expertise with you. They are available through live chat, telephone or email every day. While altered/customised shirts are indeed non-returnable (unless faulty), as made clear when alterations are requested, we'll be in touch to see if we can offer some assistance with regards to an exchange.

We once again apologise that you had some trouble getting the correct size on this order, and found the Return Policy in regards to alterations to be a disappointment. We did indeed reach out to you after your initial review, as promised, but sadly heard nothing back. We will attempt to do so again now, and so hopefully bring about an acceptable resolution for you.
