I am really sorry you have experienced issues with Our Reporting tool. We take all feedback we receive very seriously and as such I have forwarded your response onto Our Technical Manager who will be in contact today to discuss the issues with you in more detail.

Hello Beverley, I understand from Julie Skeet that our Technical Manager, David Bailey, made contact and has provided a demonstration on report production which also identified alternative ways for you to produce the data you required.  I also understand that Amrit has provided support in generating reports and is able to provide ongoing support as required.  With this in mind I wonder if you would be so kind as to amend your review to reflect this and reassess the star rating?  We are really proud of the relationships we build with our clients and our online reputation is very important to us also.  If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact Julie, David Bailey or myself.
