Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the postage and packing charge that we apply to our orders. The £5.75 charge reflects the average cost of handling, packing and posting an order out to our customers. We are charged the same rate by Royal Mail for all the parcels regardless of their weight and size. Having a standard postage and packing charge is common practice amongst mail order companies and those that offer free postage generally recoup this by charging more for their goods.
