Creating order was easy but a longtime until first issue received

Order stated commencing with 18th August issue. However first issue received was 31st August issue

Hi there, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you had contradicting information regarding your start date. The subscriptions will start with the next available issue and due to the time the order was placed and the issues being dispatched bi-weekly it has meant the cut off for label printing would have been missed.
