As this item was sent with Royal Mail we have to follow their terms and conditions and allow 10 working days before we can process a refund or replacement. I am sorry that the item did not come during this time. I can see after the 10 working days we had reordered the missing item for you with 1st class delivery. I apologise for the inconvenience that was caused due to the missing item, and the delay in getting it to you. 

As a good will gesture we have refunded you 20% of this order, and hope if you order with us again we can provide you with better service.
