On this occasion i have refunded you for the amount of the gift bag, as the way it got to you is not our usual level of service. In the future i would recommend contacting us if you have any issues so we can get these resolved a lot quicker for you. 

In regards to the emails you are receiving from us, i have passed your details to the marketing team to get you removed as soon as possible. I apologise that you have still be receiving these emails.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for the poor online experience you have had with this order. This is not our usual level of service. I can see you selected the Saturday delivery method but as the order was placed on Saturday, it was scheduled to be delivered the next Saturday. I am sorry for any confusion this caused. Due to the inconvenience i have  refunded your postage charge for you. I hope if you order with us again you have a much better experience with us.
