Although service was good; badly let down by packaging. Also repeatedly asked to be taken off mailing yet persists

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the bad experience you have received with this order. I can't see any emails from yourselves in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend you contact us if you ever have any issues with your order, so we can get these resolved for you.
On this occasion i have refunded you for the amount of the gift bag, as the way it got to you is not our usual level of service. In the future i would recommend contacting us if you have any issues so we can get these resolved a lot quicker for you.
In regards to the emails you are receiving from us, i have passed your details to the marketing team to get you removed as soon as possible. I apologise that you have still be receiving these emails.

In the branches you cannot fault the service you receive but don’t order of their website the delivery dates are very misleading!! Will not be orderingbof their again will gladly visit the branch

I can see you selected the Saturday delivery method but as the order was placed on Saturday, it was scheduled to be delivered the next Saturday. I am sorry for any confusion this caused.
