We are very sorry you feel this way about us, as this is not our normal level of service. In regards to the greeting card, we do send a delivery note which shows the names of the person who placed the order. We are looking at introducing personalized greeting messages with our order, but unfortunately we no not offer this right now. I hope once we offer this service you will be happy to use our service again.
